Shipping policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
1. Size / Product Exchanges
Exchanges are available (subject to stock availability).
If you need a different size or product, please submit an Exchange or Refund Request using the form below.
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange or process a refund if the requested item is unavailable.
2. Mixed Orders
Orders that include multiple items of the same color or product for the purpose of trying and returning one are not allowed.
3. Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
4. On-the-Spot Check
You may try the item while the courier waits.
If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you may return or exchange it immediately and pay the shipping fees.
5. Full Package Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made as a complete package.
Partial returns or exchanges are not accepted.
